Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lancer Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. website and all purchases, quotations and services obtained through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  1. 1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this website. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  2. 1.2 Dealer accounts are subject to verification of the business documents submitted. We may approve, decline or suspend dealer access at our discretion.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

  1. 2.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Freight charges are extra, as described in our Shipping Policy.
  2. 2.2 We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, specifications and prices. Specifications are provided by the manufacturers and may change without notice. In case of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
  3. 2.3 Stock status shown on the website is indicative. Availability is confirmed when your order is processed.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  1. 3.1 Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it or dispatch the products. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, failed payment verification or suspected fraud.
  2. 3.2 B2B quotations are valid for the period mentioned on the quotation and are subject to stock availability at the time of the order.

4. Payments

  1. 4.1 We accept payment through UPI, credit / debit cards, net banking and wallets via our payment partners, and Cash / UPI on delivery or at pickup for orders up to ₹50,000. Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS) is available for B2B orders on request.
  2. 4.2 A GST invoice is issued for every order. Please provide your correct GSTIN at checkout if you wish to claim input tax credit; invoices cannot be re-issued with a different GSTIN after the order is billed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. 5.1 Delivery options, timelines and freight charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to you or your transporter, or on collection from our store.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  1. 6.1 Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by contacting our sales team.
  2. 6.2 Damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as described in the Shipping Policy.
  3. 6.3 Products that are opened, used, installed, or specially procured / configured for you are not eligible for return, except where they are dead on arrival (DOA) or incorrectly supplied.
  4. 6.4 Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

7. Warranty

  1. 7.1 All products carry the original manufacturer (OEM) warranty as per the brand’s terms. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer or its authorized service centres; we will assist you with registering and following up on RMA claims. Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs and misuse are not covered by warranty.

8. Use of the Website

  1. 8.1 You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
  2. 8.2 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Lancer Infosoft or its licensors. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we supply.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lancer Infosoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or business, arising from the use of the website or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. 10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

  1. 11.1 We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
